PURPOSE

Happy employees make a happy workplace!

When an issue arises in the workplace, be it minor or major, witnesses play an important role in intervening or reporting the incident. But what happens when witnesses become bystanders by not intervening?

Join KSW Employment & Labour Lawyer Fiona H. McFarlane as she breaks down the significance of workplace bystanders and anonymous complaints and demonstrates how workplace policies can protect you and your workplace.

As an employer, it's crucial to understand who is a bystander, why they might not report what they witnessed, what they can do to intervene and why anonymous complaints should be take seriously. Recognizing the role of employers play in empowering their employees can create a safer, happier and more harmonious workplace.
